GRANT WRITING AND RESEARCH WORKSHOP

This training is geared towards all professionals that work with populations in need, agencies in need of more funding to do something positive or greater projects, capacity building, needing networking/partnership building, and those who are beginning new non-profit ventures. This workshop is very detailed and gives you everything you need for a successful proposal.

 How to prepare for the grant process (you, your agency, and your grant writing team)
 How to develop a strategic plan, statement of need using data research
 How to gather the right team for the grant process
 Sources and finding grant funds
 Community strategies for grant writing
 How to read request for proposals
 Proposal planning
 Components of a proposal
 Implementation
 Writing tips
 Common problems in grant writing
 Coalitions & Data
 How to Network and Partnership in ways that are beneficial for all.
 How to get the help and resources throughout the process.
 Actual foundations and agencies looking to fund currently (over 525 agencies).
