Min. Erin Burton to preach at the Foolishness of Preaching Festival

Min. Erin Burton will serve as guest preacher at the Foolishness of Preaching Festival on Thursday June 14 at 7:00pm at Gifts of Life Ministries located at 1542 Jackson Ave in Memphis, Tennessee. Erin Burton serves as National Conference Director for The Impact Movement, an International ministry of evangelism and discipleship that seeks to grow leaders of African descent who are spiritually focused, financially responsible and morally fit. The national conference is the hallmark of The Impact Movement. Erin is responsible for creating and mobilizing staff to execute an exciting, motivating environment for conferees to learn of Christ, experience Him and take what they have learned to the campus, community, and world.
A native of Memphian, Erin came to the knowledge of Christ at Mt. Moriah East Baptist Church at a young age. She made the decision to follow Christ with all her heart while in college. It was then through the discipleship of peers and older women that Erin recognized “though Christ’s loves me, He allowed me to receive salvation so that I may know Him personally and take the message of His love, hope and forgiveness to the world!”
Erin is a 2007 graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and minored in her passion, Theater. Erin has committed her life to creatively helping people see the relevancy of the Gospel in their everyday life.
